We go big when we do trips. At the end of July, we will be traveling with a bus load of seniors that regularly attend center activities to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee where, among many other outings, we will be visiting DOLLYWOOD!!! The seniors are exstatic to go and are almost as excited to just stay in the large cabin that we have rented as to see the other sights of Sevier County. Registration for that trip is currently closed.
You may be asking, “How do I get to go on these big trips?” There is a simple answer. You have to regularly attend our activities and events at the senior citizens center to be able to go with us on big trips. That means coming up to the center on the days we do activities, Bingocize, holiday parties, or even The Chosen Bible Study and being a part of the community of our seniors in Clay County. We would LOVE to have you come have fun with us and travel with us!
