We love Bingocize! We love the friends that we have made and the people that reap the benefits of Bingocize twice a week! We meet Tuesdays and Fridays at 2:30 PM at the Senior Citizens Center and at 12 PM at Manchester Heights Apartments ("The High Rise"). Bingocize is all about fun and getting more active! We do light exercises that anyone can do, play bingo, learn about our health and how to maintain it, and most importantly, have fun! Bingocize is great and open to everyone! We are currently in our Fall 2022 Falls-Prevention workshop to try to keep our seniors from falling. We have all the information that you need about Bingocize in its section on our top page, but I've provided our flyer here. We hope to see you there!!!
