Our Thanksgiving dinner was wonderful this year at the center, but that was not the most special thing that occurred during the holiday season. We worked with the Church of God Worship Center to deliver 100 Thanksgiving dinner boxes and 500 goodie bags full of sweets to the children of those 100 families. It was the most special way to give back to the community and we had our regular family of seniors traveling with us to deliver for the longest part of the day. We were incredibly grateful to be a part of this, and we all loved being a part of it. It was very special, and we were happy to help so many families in need in Clay County. Happy Thanksgiving, and we hope that everyone could have a grateful evening together with friends and family.
