Our Purpose
If God is our number one passion... then we will have compassion for needy people. He has called us to "out-reach." When we reach out to others to make their lives better and help them see a little more happiness, we are fulfilling a major part of our own purpose in life. Individuals or organizations with a purpose which pursue it passionately are those who will glorify God and be remembered long after they have closed their doors or are gone from this earth.
Our Experience
Our agency has been providing services to the elderly in Clay County for over 50 years. We pride ourselves in providing the needs of our elderly citizens... whatever they may be. Through these years, we have put together a list of services that include; home-delivered & congregate meals, homemaker & chore services, transportation, respite, personal care, and health promotion. CCOT's goal is to create extraordinary relationships and experiences between our agency and clients. These extraordinary experiences may be through social interaction, a meal, mind stimulating conversations, or just a smiling face.
Our Services
Congregate Meals- meal available at our facility.
Home-Delivered Meal- meal delivered to elderly individual who cannot attend the facility.
Homemaker- weekly cleaning service.
Chore- cleaning services not done weekly, but on "as needed basis".
Personal Care- bathing and personal services.
Respite- service provided to the caretaker of a family member.
Transportation- daily service to appointments, shopping, and/or to pay bills.

Gardens- We have added raised vegetable beds so our seniors can get their hands dirty & raise some vegetables. We are also in the process of adding butterfly/flower gardens for our participants to enjoy as well.
